Sanrio 1996 vintage Spottie Dottie rare plastic watch.
Item is brand new and unused however it is in very worn condition. Since the item is very old the outside has a lot of dirt/discoloration/yellowing from age/vintageness. The ink is starting to rub off and be worn on the lower strap. I would assume the watch does not work and will just be used to collect.
