Sanrio 1998 vintage PomPomPurin rare pen.
Brand new/unused. Since the item is very old the outside has some dirt/discoloration/yellowing from age/vintageness. In original plastic but has been opened.
Pen has a cute figurine on the top of it. Ink is most likely dried up.
