All sales are final. No returns are accepted. We do not issue refunds except in the case of an out-of-stock item. Kawaiipaperdream is not responsible for lost or damaged items while in transit. You may contact your local USPS post office to file an insurance claim valued up to $100 if your item was shipped via USPS Priority Mail/USPS Ground Advantage.
