Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days after order has been placed. Please check the website's front page banner for current processing time. All packages are sent via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.

Orders over $99 will ship for FREE via USPS or UPS, unless otherwise noted. No free shipping on Halloween 50% off sale.

We only provide shipping services for orders within the United States.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number that is provided on your order statement once shipped.

Tracking numbers from USPS can be tracked via https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input.

Shipping cannot be combined from multiple orders. No shipping overcharges are refunded. Shipping costs apply towards shipping AND handling. If multiple orders are placed, they will be shipped together.

 

Kawaiipaperdream is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages while in transit. Packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail/USPS Ground Advantage are insured up to $100 if they are lost in transit. Most packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and the insurance DOES NOT cover damage.

If you want to be sure your package is shipped via USPS Priority Mail or you would like to purchase additional insurance or signature confirmation for an added fee, please contact us at support@kawaiipaperdream.com to arrange this prior to purchasing.

Packages can take 5-7 business days on average to arrive once shipped.
