Brand new. Due to being vintage the item shows wear/dirt from age on the outside plastic.

HOW TO USE:
After writing, fold the paper in half and follow the steps as shown on the paper that comes with the set. These are light, so you will save on postage and can most likely mail it like a postcard, yet you can still have privacy about your letter.
