Brand new/unused. Since the item is very old the outside has some dirt/discoloration/yellowing from age/vintageness. In original plastic but has been opened.
Item is a 3-part marker where each color can be taken out and pushed through the bottom to reveal the next marker. Ink is most likely dried up on all 3.
