Sanrio vintage Doraemon rare plastic pencil writing board.
Used condition and does come not with original plastic. Outside shows wear/discoloration/scratches due to age.
Pencil/writing board is perfect for putting underneath your paper on your writing surface for smooth writing.
In Japan they are called "shitajiki" which is a pencil board that is placed under a sheet of paper for writing to provide a better surface for writing.
