Sanrio 1999 vintage Hello Kitty 25th Anniversary Swan rare mini charm strap.
Brand new. In original plastic. Shows minor wear to plastic/packaging due to age. Due to age, metal on the clasps/strap shows minor rusting.
Charm is plastic and comes on a beaded strap. Can be attached onto a bag, planner, strap loop, cell phone loop, etc. if you add a strap. Or you can use the lobster clasp to attach directly to a zipper to use as a very long zipper pull.
