Brand new. In original plastic. Plastic shows a lot of wear/discoloration/dirt/yellowing from age.
Charm is metal. Can be attached onto a bag, planner, strap loop, cell phone loop, etc. if you add a strap. Or you can use the lobster clasp to attach directly to a zipper to use as a zipper pull.
