Used condition. Since this item is older, the outside shows imperfections such as marks/dirt/other signs of wear. Plastic has been opened to verify contents. There's also a little tape over the back packaging.
Comes with 5 mini envelopes (1 design) and 2 even smaller envelopes (in a different design). Also comes with 8 stickers.
