San-x 2013 Sentimental Circus Sailor rare plushie.
Used condition. Comes with original tags. Plushie has not been used or played with, but due to being stored without any plastic, I am marking this as used condition to be safe. May have minor marks/dirt (I was unable to find any, but covering all bases just to be safe.) No original plastic.
