Sanrio 1997 vintage PomPomPurin are pencil pouch.
Brand new/unused but item is very old so outside has a lot of dirty/discoloration/yellowing from age/vintageness. No original plastic. New with tags.
Item is a plastic soft pencil pouch that zips open to store pens/pencils or can be used as a thin cosmetic pouch. Has a little loop handle on the side.
