BRAND NEW CONDITION. Unused page wise. As this memo pad is older, it shows aging/discoloration/yellowing/slight binding bending/other wear. Please see all photos to verify condition, amount remaining, and see flaws. Pages have age spots, cover has rips, binding has rips, etc.
