Deadstock (also known as new old stock) is defined as products that are no longer in production and are discontinued. These are items you cannot buy directly from the manufacturer anymore. Even products from last year can be deadstock, because they are products you can’t just go pick up at the store or buy online anymore. These items are more desirable and sought after in the stationery community because they are often HTF, rare, & even sometimes vintage!
Pencil/writing board is perfect for putting underneath your paper on your writing surface for smooth writing. The board is a cardboard type material with a plasticy coating. Not full plastic like other boards.
In Japan they are called "shitajiki" which is a pencil board that is placed under a sheet of paper for writing to provide a better surface for writing.
