Sanrio 1998 vintage Hello Kitty rare tape.
Unused but has A LOT of wear. Tape has yellowing/damage/dirt/wear despite being new and unused. Appears to be plastic tape. Looks like the adhesive of the tape may have melted off causing the discoloration.
Tape width is 15mm and tape length is 5m.
